Export your list as a CSV file, upload it to citaky and review it before importing. No retyping anyone.

Export your list
From your previous app, Excel or Google Contacts, as a CSV file.

Upload it to citaky
In Settings → Customers → Import customers. We recognise the usual columns automatically.

Review and confirm
See duplicates and data that doesn't fit before anything is imported.
- The file is read on your device
- Nothing is sent to your customers
- You can undo it for 7 days
How to export your customers
Pick the app you used. If it isn't here, see “Excel or another app”.
- 1On a computer, go to Clients and open the Clients list.
- 2Click Options (top right) and export the list as CSV.
- 3On your phone: in Clients, tap ⋯ (top right) and choose CSV.
You need the permission to download clients. If you choose Excel, open it and save it as CSV.
